Please note that LTC staff are not authorised to administer medication to students.

Data Protection and Use of Information

The information you provide will be used by London Tamil Centre to:

Place your child in the appropriate class according to their age and level.
Maintain accurate attendance records.
Monitor and support your child's participation and progress.
Help us safeguard your child and contact you if they become unwell, are injured, or an emergency occurs.

We will not share information about your child with their mainstream school unless we have received your written permission to do so.

Your contact details will be used internally by LTC where necessary to organise classes, rehearsals, training sessions and related activities. See also our Privacy Policy.
