Register a student

Submit parent and student details. After the school approves the application, we will email you a link to set up your parent account. If you already have a parent account, please sign in and choose Add another child, or Register myself if you want to join a class.

Please submit the details for one or more students and select the subjects you would like each student to take (maximum of 3 subjects per student). We will not email you until the school approves the registration.

No child at the school? Join a class myself (parent or ex-parent).

Parent / Guardian details

The first address is used for the parent login. You can add up to 3 emails. Do not enter the same address twice. If you already have a parent account, sign in and choose Add another child, or Register myself if you want to join a class.
Include country code (e.g. +44) or a UK number starting with 0. You can add up to 3 numbers. Do not enter the same number twice.

Choose only if you already know this child’s house. Leave blank if you are not sure — the school can assign it later.
Subjects (min 1, max 3)

London Tamil Centre (LTC) may take photographs and/or video recordings of students during regular school sessions, performances and other LTC events. These images or recordings may be used in promotional or publicity materials, including television, social media, our website, printed publications and magazines.

If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or video recordings used for these purposes, please tick the box below.

Medical Information and Allergies

Please note that LTC staff are not authorised to administer medication to students.

Enter allergies and medical notes for each child in the student section above. Leave those boxes blank if that child has none. Do not copy one child’s details onto a brother or sister.

Parents/guardians are expected to remain available and contactable while their child/children are attending classes.

Data Protection and Use of Information

The information you provide will be used by London Tamil Centre to:

  • Place your child in the appropriate class according to their age and level.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Monitor and support your child's participation and progress.
  • Help us safeguard your child and contact you if they become unwell, are injured, or an emergency occurs.

We will not share information about your child with their mainstream school unless we have received your written permission to do so.

Your contact details will be used internally by LTC where necessary to organise classes, rehearsals, training sessions and related activities. See also our Privacy Policy.
