Code of Conduct
Expectations for students and parents at London Tamil Centre Tamil School.
London Tamil Centre (LTC) is a registered charity. We expect everyone who uses our school, premises and events to help keep the environment safe, respectful and focused on learning.
Students
- Treat teachers, staff, volunteers and other students with respect.
- Arrive on time, ready to learn, and follow instructions during classes, rehearsals and events.
- Look after school property and the venues we use, including Wembley High Technology College and the LTC premises.
- Do not bully, harass or behave in a way that puts others at risk.
Parents and guardians
- Remain available and contactable while your child is attending classes or LTC activities.
- Tell us about allergies, medical conditions or other information we need to keep your child safe.
- Collect children promptly and follow staff guidance at performances and events.
- Raise concerns with the school politely so we can help.
Health and medication
LTC staff are not authorised to administer medication to students. If your child needs medication or has a health need that may arise during school time, please discuss this with the school before they attend.
Photographs and recordings
LTC may take photographs or video during classes, performances and events for publicity, including our website, social media, print and broadcast. You can opt out of publicity use when you register, or later by contacting the school.
